I proudly want to introduce you to my StoneArt:

My StoneArt can be described as figurative: a recognizable object but without an abundance of details; less is more. Where I find it important not to polish away all traces that the stone has accumulated in all those years, the rough edge may also be there.
For a plinth I like to use wood with a past. With my StoneArt I strive for sustainable use of materials.

In addition to making, exhibiting and selling my own work, I offer students through private courses like the opportunity to occupy their minds and to (re)discover their creativity. As a grief counselor I also offer a course to make a memory. cursus beeldhouwen

I’d love to meet you in grief ♡

As an experiencer myself, I have had to experience what mourning does to you and how differently you can experience mourning. Grief is there and will always be there, which means the connection will always be there too.

Are you grieving and do you need help or just a listening ear, a safe place where you can grieve visibly? I recognise the raw pain grief can cause and would love to help you.
Grief can be so overwhelming that you temporarily cannot function properly. Your life suddenly looks different and you may be faced with additional tasks you don’t know how to deal with. Together we can identify what you need right now.

I would like to help you further. The ultimate goal of counselling is to weave the raw grief into your life and get back to everyday life. That’s why I like to meet you in grief.

Who is Jolanda ?

Sculptor Artist & grief counselor.

From an early age my life has consisted of being creative. A few years ago I started to focus on the processing of stone into visual art or as I like to call it: SteenKunst (Stone Art).

In addition to my StoneArt, I also sell handmade WoolArt. In addition to a decorative function, it is also functional. I make this WoolArt especially to exhibit my sculptures. Of course I try to achieve a nice cohesion between StoneArt and WoolArt. It is a protection for my statues or pedestals and | or for the surface. The WoolArt is also for sale. Prices range from € 25.

My Stone Art is made possible by using materials from nature. To deal with this very consciously, I donate. With every sale I give back a piece of nature to our 🌍
